Pricing and ordering
When purchasing Expectnation, you’ll buy a yearly allowance of events to host on our system. Once created, an event stays hosted for as long as you’re a customer.

(Fees may be paid on a yearly or quarterly basis. Prices exclude VAT.)

We’re also happy to set you up a trial account, and offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you decide Expectnation’s not for you.
Extras
- Your own domain name — use your own domain name instead of ours. Extra fee $2,000 per year (you must provide SSL certificate.)
- Training — we can provide on-site training for your staff on Expectnation. Please email us for a quote.
- Non-hosted service — some enterprise customers may not wish to use as a 3rd-party host. We will be pleased to talk to you about licensing Expectnation to run on your own servers.

Please contact us anyway! While we want Expectnation to suit everybody, we know that sometimes you’ll need customizations or have particular hosting requirements.
Delivery and returns
Expectnation is delivered as a hosted web service accessible through your web browser, so you will not receive any physical software from us to install. When approved, your Expectnation account details will be sent to you via email.
Should you wish to cancel your Expectnation account and receive a refund, you may do this free of any charge up to 30 days from your point of activation. Thereafter, we reserve the right to levy a charge proportional to the amount of time your service has been active.

Pricing Q&A
How does the event allowance work?
Every package entitles you to run a certain number of events each year, up to the package maximum.
Once an event is over, we will host it for as long as you are a customer. It will not count towards your next year’s event allowance.
I need to run an extra event, but don’t want to upgrade
Each package has a one-off cost for hosting an extra event above your yearly allowance. Just pay the fee and you’ll be able to run the event.
What if I want to upgrade my package?
You will be charged the new package price, less a discount proportional to the unelapsed months of your existing package. Your subscription year will be restarted from the point of upgrade.
